Die Raspberry Pi Global Shutter Camera verfügt über einen 1,5-Megapixel
Sony IMX296 Sensor mit integriertem Global Shutter Sensor. Der Global Shutter Sensoren ermöglicht es das gesamte Sichtfeld schnelle und hochauflösende darzustellen. Alle Pixel werden gleichzeitig zur gleichen Zeit und Länge belichtet. Gerade verschwommene Bilder gehören hiermit der Vergangenheit an.

Es ermöglicht in den aufgenommenen Bildern Bewegungen einzufrieren. Damit ist die Kamera ideal um Fotos von sportlichen Aktivitäten (Tänze oder Fußballspiele) aufzunehmen. Auch für das industrielle maschinelle Sehen ist die Kamera hervorragend geeignet.

The Raspberry Pi Global Shutter Camera is the latest addition to the Raspberry Pi line of camera modules and comes in the same form factor as the like the existing Raspberry Pi High Quality Camera CS Mount.

The Raspberry Pi Global Shutter Camera features a 1.5-megapixel
Sony IMX296 sensor with an integrated global shutter sensor. The global shutter sensor allows the entire field of view to be displayed quickly and in high resolution. All pixels are exposed simultaneously at the same time and length. This makes blurred images a thing of the past.

It allows to freeze movements in the captured images. This makes the camera ideal for taking pictures of sports activities (dances or soccer games). The camera is also excellent for industrial machine vision.
