Note: All prices on this page are inclusive of 19% VAT (gross), unless otherwise stated. VAT will, of course, be refunded for intra-community supplies and deliveries to other countries.

Shipping within Germany
Pickup
As it is requested time and again, we unfortunately have to inform you that we do not offer direct pickup of goods at our premises. This is due to organizational reasons (someone always has to go to the door) and also security reasons. Especially during the Corona period, we want to keep the risk as low as possible. Because a single person falling ill affects all customers. We thank you for your understanding.
Shipping to packing stations
We naturally also ship to packing stations via DHL. Please enter your PostNumber and the packing station number, as well as the correct postal code, when placing your order. The packing station number should be entered instead of the street and the packing station number instead of the house number, as follows: Packstation xyz
The PostNumber should be entered in the "Apartment, room" etc. field in the address.
It is important that you ignore the suggestion from our shop system to enter a street address for the packing station. For packing stations, only the word "Packstation" with the corresponding packing station number and the correct postal code should be entered, as well as the PostNumber. Here is an example:
You are welcome to inform us about the packing station in the order notes if necessary.
Shipping Flat Rate
Within Germany, we ship with a transport partner of our choice (usually DHL) regardless of the weight of your order. (up to 31.5 kg total weight, possibly in several packages; significantly above that, by freight forwarding)
Express shipping national: from €50 (currently only available upon request)
For orders received by 4:00 PM & payment via PayPal: We usually ship your order within Germany via DHL Express on the same day, if in stock.
ATTENTION: currently, express shipping is only possible for selected customers by arrangement, and not as a standard option!
For express shipping, payment by bank transfer is possible, but we still await payment receipt before shipping – we therefore recommend payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT Banking or AmazonPay. This allows for immediate shipping.

Shipping by freight forwarding
For very heavy / bulky orders, we may need to deliver by freight forwarding – in this case, we will contact you beforehand to discuss the delivery. Feel free to contact us for bulk orders, e.g., Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with special discounts!

We are happy to deliver for you to, for example, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, and of course the rest of the EU.
But also to Japan, the USA, Canada… the shipping times will increase accordingly.
Delivery Times
The delivery time for Germany is indicated in our shop for each item.
Delivery time within the EU is approx. 3 - 7 days, depending on the destination.
Delivery time outside the EU is approx. 7 - 15 days, depending on the destination.
The stated delivery times (working days) apply to immediate payment by credit card, SOFORT Banking, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, the delivery time will increase by approx. 2 days, and applies from the date of your payment.
Shipping typically takes up to 15 days for international destinations, depending on the country we ship to. While this is the usual time, there are obvious difficulties with international shipping due to customs and UPS's internal challenges. Therefore, the 15 days should be considered an average value and not a guarantee.
FAQ - Packaging
Note: To save you shipping costs, we may send individual items without outer packaging. The best example of this is the power supply. The outer packaging of the power supply makes it necessary to use a much larger box. Therefore, in most cases, the power supply will be sent already unpacked.
If you do not wish this, please leave a note in the order remarks stating "Original packaging desired". Depending on the type of box, we will enclose the outer packaging or use a larger box to ship your order.
