Shipping within Germany
Collection
Since we receive frequent requests, we regret to inform you that we do not offer in-store pickup. This is due to both organizational reasons (someone must always be at the door) and safety concerns. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to minimize the risk, as the absence of one person could affect all customers. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping to parcel lockers
We also ship to DHL Packstations. When ordering, please provide your post number , the Packstation number , and the correct postal code. The Packstation number should be entered instead of the street name and the house number, as follows: Packstation xyz
The postal code should be entered in the address in the field "Apartment, Room" etc.
It's important that you ignore the suggestion from our shop system to enter a street address for the Packstation. For Packstations, only the word "Packstation" should be entered, along with the corresponding Packstation number, the correct postal code, and the postal code. Here's an example:

Flat shipping rate
We ship within Germany using a transport partner of our choice (usually DHL), regardless of the weight of your order. (Up to 31.5 kg total weight may be shipped in multiple packages; significantly heavier orders will be shipped via freight carrier.)
Express shipping within Germany: from €50 (currently only available on request)
For orders received by 4 PM and paid via PayPal: We ship your order within Germany via DHL Express, usually on the same day, provided the items are in stock.
ATTENTION: Express delivery is currently only available for selected customers by prior arrangement, and is not a standard option!
For express delivery, prepayment is possible, but we still wait for payment to be received before shipping – we therefore recommend payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT Banking or Amazon Pay . This allows for immediate shipping.

Shipping via freight carrier
For very heavy or large orders, we may need to use a freight carrier for delivery. In this case, we will contact you beforehand to discuss delivery arrangements. Please feel free to contact us for large orders, such as Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, with special discounts!

We are happy to deliver to you, for example to Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, and of course the rest of the EU.
But also to Japan, the USA, Canada… shipping times increase accordingly.
Durations
The delivery time for Germany is indicated in our shop with the items.
Delivery time within the EU is approximately 3 - 7 days, depending on the destination.
Delivery time outside the EU is approximately 7 - 15 days, depending on the destination.
The stated processing times (working days) apply to immediate payment by credit card, SOFORT Banking, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. If you choose prepayment, the processing time increases by approximately 2 days and begins upon receipt of your payment.
Shipping typically takes up to 15 days for international destinations, depending on the country. While this is the usual timeframe, international shipping can be subject to delays due to customs and UPS's internal issues. Therefore, the 15 days should be considered an average, not a guarantee.
FAQ - Packaging
Note: To save on shipping costs for you, we may occasionally ship certain items without outer packaging. The best example of this is the power supply. The outer packaging of the power supply necessitates a much larger box. Therefore, in most cases, the power supply will be shipped already unpacked.
If you do not wish to receive your order in its original packaging , please indicate this in the order notes. Depending on the type of box, we will either include the original packaging or use a larger box to ship your order.
