Pickup
As this is requested from time to time, we unfortunately have to inform you that we do not offer the option to pick up goods directly from us. This is for organizational reasons (someone must always be at the door) and also for security reasons. Especially in times of Covid, we want to keep the risk as low as possible. As the absence of one person has an impact on all customers. We thank you for your understanding.
Shipping to Packstations
Naturally, we also ship to Packstations via DHL. Please provide your post number and the Packstation number, as well as the correct postal code when ordering. The Packstation number is entered instead of the street and the Packstation number instead of the house number, as follows: Packstation xyz
The post number should be entered in the "Apartment, suite, etc." field in the address.
It is important that you ignore the suggestion from our shop system to enter a street address for the Packstation. For Packstations, only the word "Packstation" with the corresponding Packstation number and the correct postal code should be entered, along with the post number. Here is an example:
You are welcome to additionally point out the Packstation in the order notes.
Flat-rate shipping costs
We ship within Germany using a transport partner of our choice (usually DHL), regardless of the weight of your order. (up to 31.5 kg total weight, possibly in several packages; significantly above that via freight forwarding)
National express shipping: from €50 (currently only available on request)
For orders received by 4:00 PM & payment via PayPal: We ship your order within Germany via DHL Express, provided it is in stock, usually on the same day.
ATTENTION: At the moment, express is only possible for selected customers by arrangement, and not as a standard option!
For express, payment via advance payment is possible, but we will still wait for the payment to be received before shipping – we therefore recommend payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT Banking or AmazonPay. This allows for immediate shipping.

Shipping via freight forwarding
For very heavy / extensive orders, we may need to deliver via freight forwarding - in this case, we will contact you in advance to discuss the delivery. Please feel free to contact us for bulk orders, e.g., Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with special discounts!

We are happy to deliver to you in, for example, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, and, of course, the rest of the EU territory.
Also to Japan, the USA, Canada... delivery times increase accordingly.
Transit times
The transit time for Germany is indicated for the items in our shop.
Delivery time within the EU is approx. 3 - 7 days, depending on the destination.
Delivery time outside the EU is approx. 7 - 15 days, depending on the destination.
The specified transit times (working days) apply to immediate payment by credit card, SOFORT Banking, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. If advance payment is selected, the transit time increases by approx. 2 days and starts upon payment by you.
Shipping generally takes up to 15 days for international destinations, depending on the country we are shipping to. While this is the usual time, there are obvious difficulties with international shipping due to customs and UPS's internal challenges. Therefore, the 15 days should be seen as an average and not a guarantee.
FAQ - Packaging
Note: To save on shipping costs for you, it may happen that we ship individual items without outer packaging. The best example of this is the power supply unit. The outer packaging of the power supply unit makes it necessary to use a much larger box. Therefore, the power supply unit is in most cases sent already unpacked.
If you do not wish this, please enter the note "Original packaging requested" in the order notes. Depending on the type of box, we will enclose the outer packaging or use a larger box to ship your order.
