Note: All prices on this page include 19% VAT (gross), unless otherwise stated. VAT will be refunded for intra-community deliveries, and deliveries abroad of course.

Shipping within Germany
Pickup
Since it is requested again and again, we must unfortunately communicate that we do not offer it that one can fetch the commodity directly with us. This has on the one hand organizational reasons (there must always be a person at the door) and on the other hand also for safety reasons. Especially in the time with Corona we want to keep the risk as low as possible. Since a failure of one person has an impact on all customers. We thank you for your understanding.
Shipping to packstations
Of course we also ship to packing stations via DHL. Please indicate your postal number and the packstation number as well as the correct postal code when ordering. The packstation number will be given instead of the street and the packstation number instead of the house number, as follows: Packstation xyz
The postal number should be entered in the address in the field "apartment, room" etc..
It is important that you ignore the suggestion of our store system to enter a street address for the packing station. For Packstations, only the word "Packstation" with the corresponding Packstation number, and the correct postal code should be entered, as well as the postal number. Here is an example:
Shipping flat-rate
We ship within Germany with a transport partner of our choice (usually DHL) regardless of the weight of your order. (up to 31.5 kg total weight if necessary in several packages, significantly above with the forwarding agency)
Express shipping national: from 50 € (currently only available on request)
If you order before 16:00 & pay via PayPal: We will ship your order within Germany via DHL Express, if in stock, usually on the same day.
ATTENTION: at the moment Express is only available for selected customers by arrangement, and not as a standard option!
For Express, payment in advance is possible, but we still wait for receipt of payment before shipping - we therefore recommend payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT Banking or AmazonPay. This way the shipment is possible immediately.

Shipping by freight forwarding
For very heavy / large orders we may have to deliver by freight forwarding - in this case we will contact you in advance to discuss the delivery. Please contact us for large orders, e.g. Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with special discounts!

We are happy to deliver to Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, and of course the rest of the EU.
But also to Japan, to the USA, to Canada, to Russia ... the shipping times increase accordingly.
International orders over 1500 € gross

Transit times
The transit time for Germany is indicated in our store at the articles.
Delivery time within the EU is approx. 3 - 7 days, depending on the destination.
Delivery time outside the EU is approx. 7 - 15 days, depending on destination.
The stated delivery times (working days) apply to immediate payment by credit card, SOFORT Banking, PayPal and Amazon Pay. If you choose the payment method prepayment, the delivery time increases by approx. 2 days, and is valid from your payment.

Shipping will take up to 15 days for international destinations, depending on the country we ship to.
Express shipping international
Express shipping internationally via DHL Express, UPS or Go! is available upon request and at a corresponding surcharge.

FAQ - Packing
Note: In order to save shipping costs for you, it may happen that we ship single items without outer packaging. The best example for this is the power supply. The outer packaging of the power supply makes it necessary to use a much larger box. Therefore, in most cases, the power supply is sent already unpacked.
If you do not want this, please leave the note "original packaging desired" in the notes of the order. Depending on the type of box, we will include the outer packaging or use a larger box to ship your order.
