Doch nicht nur optisch ist die Flasche ein echter Könner. Es handelt sich bei ihr um eine doppelwandige 375-ml-Flasche aus Edelstahl mit einem Schraubdeckel aus PP-Gummi und Kunststoff. Das Gehäuse der Flasche ist mattschwarz und das klassische Raspberry Pi-Logo ist per Lasergravur auf die Seite gedruckt. Dabei ist sie schlank genug, um in den meisten Taschen mitgenommen werden zu können.
Zudem ist sie BPA- und PVC-frei und kann sowohl für heiße als auch für kalte Getränke verwendet werden.
Vor der Verwendung sollte die Flasche einmal mit warmen Seifenwasser gespült werden und danach regelmäßig gewaschen werden. Lediglich Mikrowellen und Spülmaschinen geeignet ist sie nicht aber performt sonst zuverlässig.
