Stromeingang

Die herkömmliche Eingangsstromversorgung des CM4 Industrial beträgt 12 V, der Eingangsbereich der Hardwareversion von V1.4 beträgt 9~36V, und der Eingangsbereich der Hardwareversion von V1.1~V1.3 beträgt 9V~18V. Auf dem Gehäuse angegeben sind 12 V DC, das ist eine Standard 5.5*2.0 DC Buchse mit positivem innen und negativem
außen.

SIM-Kartenslot

Der CM4 Industrial Computer unterstützt 4G LTE (optional), und nutzt dafür eine Standard SIM Karte. Für den Einsatz kleinerer SIM Karten benötigen Sie einen SIM-Karten-Adapter.

Knöpfe

CM4 Industrial verfügt über zwei Tasten, nämlich eine Reset-Taste und eine Benutzertaste. Die Benutzertaste ist an GPIO6 angebunden.

ADC-Schnittstellen

CM4 Industrial hat drei ADC Schnittstellen. Es wird das Terminal 2EDGR-2.5-4P/15EDGRC-2.5-04P-14-00AH benutzt, mit 2.5mm Spacing zwischen den Pins.

RS232 Schnittstelle

Isolierte Digitaleingänge

CM4 Industrial hat zwei optisch entkopppelte digitale Eingänge. Es kommt das Terminal 2EDGR-2.5-6P/15EDGRC-2.5-06P-14-00AH zum Einsatz, Abstand ist 2.5. mm.

DIN1 entspricht GPIO11, und DIN2 entspricht GPIO26.

Relais

Das CM4 Industrial hat ein zweipoliges Umschaltrelais an Bord, dessen Schnittstelle die Bezeichnung J47 trägt.

Das Schließen und Prellen des Relais wird durch den Ausgangspegel des Pins von GPIO22 gesteuert. Standardmäßig ist es normalerweise geschlossen, COM1 und NC1 sind eingeschaltet, und COM2 und NC2 sind eingeschaltet.

Wenn GPIO22 high ist, ist das Relais eingeschaltet, COM1 und NO1 sind eingeschaltet, und COM2 und NO2 sind eingeschaltet.

Antennenanschluss

SPI Flash

Realtime Clock

Die Echtzeituhr benötigt eine CR1220 Batterie (2mm x 12 mm Durchmesser).

Buzzer

Der engebaute Summer kann durch GPIO25 an- und ausgeschaltet werden.

40-pin GPIO + PoE Pin Header

Der Standard-GPIO-Anschluss ermöglicht weitere Raspberry Pi Erweiterungen anzuschließen. Bitte beachten Sie das Datenblatt zu bereits belegten Pins.

Der PoE Pin Header ermöglicht das offizielle Raspberry Pi PoE+ HAT zu verwenden, um den CM4IND industriellen Raspberry Pi Computer per PoE mit Strom zu versrogen.

miniPCIe

Der mini PCIe Anschluss auf dem CM4 Industrial kann genutzt werden, um einige Peripheriemodule, bie bspw. 4G, 5G, NPU anzuschließen. Es ist eine 1-lane PCIe GEN2 Schnittstelle mit 5 Gbps Geschwindigkeit und einem USB2.0 Host Interface.

microUSB

Der microUSB Anschluss kann genutzt werden um das CM4 zu flashen (eMMC).

Ja, allerdings muss der Rechner zusätzlich mit einem offiziellen PoE HAT-Modul ausgestattet werden, um die POE-Stromversorgung des ED-CM4IND Computers zu realisieren. Die PoE Versorgung ist dabei nur über die Gigabit Schnittstelle möglich.

Power Input

The conventional input power supply for the CM4 Industrial is 12 V. The input range of the hardware version V1.4 is 9~~36V, and the input range of hardware versions V1.1~~V1.3 is 9V~18V. The case specifies 12 V DC, which is a standard 5.5*2.0 DC socket with positive inside and negative outside.

SIM Card Slot

The CM4 Industrial computer supports 4G LTE (optional) and uses a standard SIM card. For the use of smaller SIM cards, you will need a SIM card adapter.

Buttons

The CM4 Industrial features two buttons: a reset button and a user button. The user button is connected to GPIO6.

ADC Interfaces

Isolated Digital Inputs

The CM4 Industrial has two optically isolated digital inputs. It uses the terminal 2EDGR-2.5-6P/15EDGRC-2.5-06P-14-00AH, with 2.5 mm spacing.

DIN1 corresponds to GPIO11, and DIN2 corresponds to GPIO26

Relay

The CM4 Industrial has a two-pole switching relay on board, which has the designation J47.

The closing and bouncing of the relay is controlled by the output level of GPIO22. By default, it is normally closed; COM1 and NC1 are powered on, and COM2 and NC2 are powered on.

When GPIO22 is high, the relay is activated; COM1 and NO1 are powered on, and COM2 and NO2 are powered on.

The terminal is 2EDGR-2.5-6P/15EDGRC-2.5-06P-14-00AH, with 2.5 mm spacing.

Antenna Connection

The ED-CM4IND industrial computer features two standard SMA antenna interfaces. One is compatible with the official Raspberry Pi WiFi/BT antenna, while the second is connected to the 4G antenna.
